The Team

For a man of few words, JC never seems to shut the fuck up. If you wanna talk about tech, food, fermentation, or gaming, it will never end, it never ends. Check out various attributes of his life below.

Emmy is an incredible woman with a heart for those in need. She is always happy to lend a hand and an ear for friends and family. Emmy currently works to help create a safer environment in homes for those with developemental disabilities and those who serve them. Emmy has previously lead a national Jewish sorority.

JC has a deep love for beer, cocktails, and fermentation. After years of study, he has earned the prestigious title of Certified Cicerone. An integral part of the Saint Louis beer scene, he has sold beer, wine, and spirits, worked as Commissioner for the St Louis Area Homebrew Guild, and Beer Writer for Feast Magazine. He currently works for Ss Brewtech as both Project Manager and Technical Support Manager to create the gear that will inspire the next generation of brewers. Perhaps he will venture outside of beer...
